Our donation policy allows us to donate 2 complimentary individual guest passes once per calendar year to an organization. We are also only able to donate 100 individual passes to organizations each month.

We will track whether or not your organization has received guest passes during this calendar year or if the 100 individual passes for the month has been reached.

Requests should be made in writing at least two weeks in advance of the event date. Requests made within a shorter timeframe may not be fulfilled.

Requests are processed on Wednesdays, at least one week prior to the indicated event date. We try to have them in the mail the following day.

Every application received will be acknowledged after processing.
