All our tours are escorted by zoo staff who are very knowledgeable, friendly and well-traveled. So pack your bags and get ready for a big adventure! Safari Fun Sedgwick County Zoo recently hosted a spectacular African Safari! Tanzania is renowned for its wildlife and this safari was arranged to experience some of the best Tanzania has to offer. We timed it for the peak wildlife-viewing season when the vast herds of the great migration have followed new growth to the Southern Serengeti. At Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti, we arranged for small, intimate luxury camps to avoid the crowds that flock to these wildlife havens.
