What a wonderful way to get involved at the Zoo!

A volunteer assignment at the Zoo offers flexible hours and many Zoo departments work seven days a week.

To request a volunteer information packet, please e-mail the Director of Volunteer Services at volunteer@scz.org with your full name, address, city, state and ZIP code so we can mail the information to you without delay.

Sedgwick County Zoo Memorial Program
The Sedgwick County Zoo accepts memorial donations in the name of patrons who had a particular interest or enthusiasm for the Zoo.

Capital Campaign
Exciting things are happening at your Sedgwick County Zoo! With thirty years of rapid growth and tremendous support, the Zoo has become one of the most respected institutions and cultural assets of our community. Attracting more guests annually than there are residents in the surrounding county, the Zoo has become the most popular outdoor family attraction in Kansas as well as a premier education facility.

As the state’s most popular outdoor family attraction, the ability to reach thousands of people with your marketing message is available through our sponsorship program.

Partnering with the Zoo could allow your message to be seen by nearly a half-a-million people annually. In addition, individual special events reach anywhere from 1,000 to 20,000 people collectively through on-site promotion at the Zoo and fantastic local media support.
